Welcome to WedVista! Here’s a step-by-step guide to get started and make the most of your guest account.

Logging In

  1. Visit the Website: Go to www.wedvista.com.
  2. Click on Login: In the top-right corner, click the Login button.
  3. Enter Mobile Number: Use the same mobile number you received the invitation on. Only this number allows access to the system.
  4. Get OTP: Click on Get OTP to receive a One-Time Password (OTP) on your phone.
  5. Enter OTP and Verify: Enter the OTP within one minute and click Verify. Successful verification logs you into your account.

After logging in, you’ll see the My Account screen.

Available Options in My Account

Depending on your plan, you can access the following features:

  1. RSVP
  2. Pickup Schedule
  3. Help Desk
  4. Upload Photo

Let’s look at each feature in detail.

  1. RSVP:

    The RSVP feature allows you to confirm attendance for yourself and other invited family members. Follow these steps to use this feature:

    1. Add RSVP:
      • Click the Add button on the right to open the Add RSVP screen.

      • Complete the following fields:

        • Name: Enter the guest’s full name.
        • Mobile Number: Provide their contact number.
        • Age: Enter the guest’s age.
        • Upload ID Proof: Attach a valid ID proof (only JPG, JPEG, or PNG files under 2 MB are allowed).
        • Gender: Select the checkbox for Male or Female.
        • Accommodation: If accommodation is needed, toggle the Need Accommodation switch.
      • Click Save to add the RSVP. Repeat this process for each guest you’re inviting.

    2. RSVP Limit: You cannot exceed the RSVP limit provided in your invitation. Check the message above the list view for available RSVPs: "You’re booking RSVPs for (X) guests. You have (Y) RSVPs available."

    3. View RSVPs: All confirmed RSVPs appear in the list view, showing the guest's name, age, and contact details.

    4. Accommodation Details: Once room and hotel allocations are assigned, these will appear in the Hotel and Room No. columns.

    5. Edit or Remove RSVP:
      • Edit: Click the pencil icon in the Action column to update any details.

      • Remove: Use the trash icon to remove an RSVP entry.

      • Accommodation Indicator: Guests needing accommodation are marked with a bed icon in the Action column.

  2. Pickup Schedule:

    The Pickup Schedule module allows you to request transportation for your arrival, whether by train, plane, or another mode. This feature helps you coordinate pickups directly with the event organisers. Here’s how to use it:

    Step-by-Step: Creating a Pickup Request

    1. Add Pickup Request:
      • Click the Add button in the top-right corner of the Pickup Schedule page.

      • The Add Pickup Schedule page will open. Complete the following fields:

        • Name: Enter your name or the name of the guest needing pickup.
        • Contact Number: Provide a contact number for coordination.
        • Select Date: Specify the pickup date.
        • Pickup Time: Enter the preferred time for the pickup.
        • Select Pickup Point: Choose a pickup point from the available options in the dropdown.
          • Custom Pickup Point: If your pickup location is not in the dropdown, use the Address field to specify it manually.
        • Number of Persons: Enter the number of passengers to ensure appropriate transportation arrangements.
    2. Save the Pickup Schedule: After filling out the details, click Save. Your request will appear in the Pickup Schedule list view.

    Viewing and Managing Pickup Requests

    1. View Pickup Details:
      • In the Name column, click the eye icon to open a detailed overview of the scheduled pickup.

    2. Status Check:
      • Refer to the Status column to track the current status of your pickup request.

    3. Edit or Remove Pickup:
      • Remove: Use the trash icon in the Action column to cancel any pickup request, if needed.

    Viewing Driver Details and Ride Information (Guest Login)

    Once your pickup request accepts the pickup request as a guest user, you will be able to view important details related to your ride. This information includes:

    1. Driver Details:
      • Driver's name

      • Contact information

      • Vehicle details (e.g., car model, license plate number)

    2. Pickup OTP:
      • A unique One-Time Password (OTP) will be displayed.

      • Important: Share this OTP with the driver when they arrive. The driver will use this code to verify your identity and begin the ride.

  3. Help Desk:

    The Help Desk module is designed to help you report any issues or inconveniences you encounter during the event. It provides you with contact information for relevant departments and allows you to submit complaints directly.

    Using the Help Desk

    1. Access Department Contacts:
      • When you open the Help Desk module, you’ll see a list of predefined contacts, each with their name, number, and department. Use this list to directly call the relevant person for immediate assistance.

    2. Submitting a Complaint:
      • To report an issue, click the Add Complaint button.

      • Complete the following fields:

        • Select Department: Choose the department related to your complaint from the dropdown menu.

        • Description: Enter a brief description of the complaint.

      • Click Save to submit the complaint. Your complaint will now appear in the Help Desk list view.

    Managing Complaints

    1. Live Chat Support:
      • In the Action column of the list view, select the chat icon to start a live chat with the responsible person for your complaint.

    2. Status Tracking:
      • The Status column displays the current status of your complaint, helping you keep track of its progress.

    3. View All Complaints:
      • Click the View Complaint button to see a list of all complaints you’ve submitted.

  4. Upload Photos:

    The Upload Photo module allows you to share memorable moments from the event with the host. If the host approves, your photos may even be featured on the website!

    Uploading Photos:

    1. Access the Upload Photo Section:
      • Go to the Upload Photo module and click the Add Photos button in the top-right corner.

    2. Upload Process:
      • On the Upload Photo page, you can either:

        • Drag and Drop: Drag photos directly into the upload area.

        • Upload from Device: Select images from your device.

      • Once selected, click Save to upload your photos.

      Note: Only JPG, JPEG, and PNG files are accepted, and each file must be under 2 MB.
  5. Top Bar Navigation Guide:

    In addition to the features in your account, the Top Bar menu provides easy access to more sections related to the event and the couple. Here’s a quick guide on what each section offers:

    1. Home: The Home page provides a comprehensive view of the couple’s story, showcasing photos and videos of the bride and groom along with event details.

    2. About: The About section offers a dedicated space to know more about the bride and groom.

    3. Photos & Videos: In the Photos & Videos section, you can view a collection of photos and videos featuring the couple.

    4. Our Story: The Our Story page shares the unique love story of the couple, giving you insight into their journey together.

    5. Event: The Event section allows you to view all event details, including past and upcoming events related to the wedding celebration.

    6. Invitation: The Invitation page displays the general invitation card, letting you review all event information.

    7. Contact Us: In Contact Us, you can fill out your details and send a message to the hosts for any inquiries or well wishes.
