Guest-Side Invitation Process

Receiving the Invitation:

• Guests receive the invitation via WhatsApp

• The message will include essential details about the event and a prompt to acknowledge the invitation.

Acknowledging the Invitation:

• The WhatsApp message contains an "OK" button.

• When the guest clicks on the OK button:

  • The system registers their acknowledgment.

  • They are redirected to a Thank You page, confirming their response.

  

This process ensures a seamless acknowledgment experience for guests while providing real-time updates on invitation status.
