Organiser

  1. Purpose: This section manages the event organisers and assigns responsibilities for different aspects of the event.
  2. Accessing Organiser: Click on Organiser to view and manage organiser profiles.
  3. Features:
    • Add or edit organiser details, including contact information and department.

    • Assign organisers specific tasks or responsibilities.

To add an organiser:

  1. Navigate to the "Organiser" subsection under the Management module.
  2. Click on the "Add Organiser" button at the top right corner.
  3. The Add Organizer page will appear. Fill out the following details:

Description

Organiser Type *

Enter the type of organiser (e.g., vendor, service provider).

Company Name *

Enter the company's name.

Contact Person Name *

Enter the contact person's full name.

Mobile Number *

Enter the contact person's mobile number.

Email *

Enter the contact person's email address.

Address *

Enter the company's address.

Website *

Provide the company's website URL (e.g., https://www.example.com).
