WhatsApp Service Terms and Acceptance of Responsibility
Please read and accept the following terms carefully.
We, Wedvista, provide invitation and messaging services on behalf of the customer using the WhatsApp platform only. By using this service, the customer agrees to the following terms and accepts full responsibility:
Business WhatsApp and API Usage Disclaimer
The customer is informed that we use Business WhatsApp and the Official WhatsApp API, which generally carries a very low risk of account bans.- However, if messages are sent to incorrect numbers, or if recipients block or report the sender's number as spam, the customer's WhatsApp number may be blocked or suspended.
Acceptance of WhatsApp Account-Related Risks
- The customer acknowledges that sending a large volume of messages on WhatsApp or violating WhatsApp's policies and platform limits may result in a breach of WhatsApp policies.
- Due to such activities, the customer's WhatsApp number may be temporarily restricted or permanently banned.
Full Responsibility of the Customer
- The customer agrees that if any restriction, suspension, or ban is applied to their WhatsApp account as a result of using the invitation or messaging service, it shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Wedvista's responsibility is limited to informing the customer of these potential risks and shall not be liable for any financial loss, data loss, or other consequences arising from WhatsApp account restriction or ban.
In such cases, full responsibility shall lie with the customer.

અમે, Wedvista, ગ્રાહક વતી ફક્ત વોટ્સએપ પ્લેટફોર્મ દ્વારા આમંત્રણો અને સંદેશાઓ મોકલવાની સેવા પ્રદાન કરીએ છીએ. આ સેવાઓનો ઉપયોગ કરતી વખતે, ગ્રાહક નીચે દર્શાવેલ શરતોને સ્વીકારે છે અને તેની સંપૂર્ણ જવાબદારી લે છે:
બિઝનેસ વોટ્સએપ અને API ઉપયોગ સંબંધિત સ્પષ્ટતા
- ગ્રાહક જાણે છે કે અમે Business WhatsApp અને WhatsApp Official API નો ઉપયોગ કરીએ છીએ, જેનો ઉપયોગ સામાન્ય રીતે એકાઉન્ટ બંધ થવાની શક્યતા ખૂબ ઓછી હોય છે.
- છતાં જો ખોટા નંબર પર સંદેશા મોકલવામાં આવે, અથવા જો નંબર પર સંદેશા મોકલવામાં આવે અને તે નંબર દ્વારા સ્પામ તરીકે રિપોર્ટ કરવામાં આવે અથવા બ્લોક કરવામાં આવે, તો આવી સ્થિતિમાં ગ્રાહકનો વોટ્સએપ નંબર બ્લોક અથવા સસ્પેન્ડ થઈ શકે છે.
વોટ્સએપ એકાઉન્ટ સંબંધિત જોખમોની સ્વીકૃતિ
- ગ્રાહક સ્વીકારે છે કે વોટ્સએપ પર મોટી સંખ્યામાં સંદેશાઓ મોકલવા અથવા વોટ્સએપની નીતિઓ અને મર્યાદાઓનું ઉલ્લંઘન થવાથી WhatsApp ની નીતિઓનો ભંગ થઈ શકે છે.
- આવી પરિસ્થિતિમાં ગ્રાહકનો વોટ્સએપ નંબર અસ્થાયી રીતે પ્રતિબંધિત (temporarily restricted) થઈ શકે છે અથવા કાયમી રીતે બંધ (permanently banned) થઈ શકે છે.
ગ્રાહકની સંપૂર્ણ જવાબદારી
- ગ્રાહક સ્વીકારી લે છે કે જો આ આમંત્રણ અથવા સંદેશા મોકલવાની સેવાના પરિણામે તેમના વોટ્સએપ એકાઉન્ટ પર કોઈપણ પ્રકારનો પ્રતિબંધ (Restriction), સસ્પેન્શન (Suspension) અથવા બેન (Ban) લાગુ પડે, તો તેની સંપૂર્ણ જવાબદારી ગ્રાહકની પોતાની રહેશે.
- Wedvista ફક્ત આ સંભવિત જોખમોની જાણ કરવા માટે જવાબદાર છે અને વોટ્સએપ એકાઉન્ટ પર લાગેલા પ્રતિબંધ, બેન અથવા તેના કારણે થનાર આર્થિક નુકસાન, ડેટા નુકસાન અથવા અન્ય પરિણામો માટે જવાબદાર રહેશે નહીં.
