WedVista is a product of Aarvi Technology, a software company in Surat, Gujarat, that builds business software.
We built WedVista after seeing how much of a wedding still runs on spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups and phone calls: guest lists, invitations, rooms, transport and entry. Today, wedding planners use WedVista to run all of it for every client wedding from one dashboard. Guest management, WhatsApp invitations and RSVPs, accommodation, transport, tasks, QR entry, expenses and photo sharing all sit in one place. Guests, volunteers and drivers use the WedVista app, and families planning a single wedding can use our Individual plan. Hotels, venues and decorators recommend us to the planners and clients they work with through our partner program.
